The Service Provider agrees to provide professional cleaning services in the following areas:

• Residential Cleaning – Routine house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out services.
• Commercial Cleaning – Office spaces, warehouses, retail businesses, and industrial facilities.
• Airbnb Cleaning – Guest turnover services, linen changes, replenishment of essentials, and staging.

A 2 Cleaning does not provide the following services:

• Construction-related cleaning (debris removal, post-construction cleanup beyond routine services).
• Electrical work (repairing or installing wiring, lighting, or electrical components).
• Plumbing services (fixing leaks, installing pipes, repairing drainage systems).
• Painting services (wall painting, furniture refinishing, touch-ups).
• Carpet cleaning (deep steam cleaning, restoration beyond routine vacuuming).

Furthermore, A 2 Cleaning is not responsible for any requests to recover, recreate, or provide any service that could result in liability. The company will not perform work outside the scope of standard cleaning procedures.

For crime scene or suicide cleanup, services must be cleared by local law enforcement before entry. A 2 Cleaning will not proceed unless authorization is provided. Please call for further details.  

• Client agrees to pay per service, billed per job, unless discussed.
• Payments are due the same day via Cash, Check, Credit/Debit, Check.
• Late payments may incur a Late Fee of $25 after 5 days.

• Cleaning will be performed on Monday - Friday between the hours of 9 am and 2 pm.
• Clients must provide necessary access (keys, security codes, etc.).
• Rescheduling requires 24-hour notice. If reschedule is not made you will be charged 50% of initial clean.

• Service Providers will adhere to industry standards and use safe cleaning solutions.
• Client acknowledges biohazard cleaning requires strict safety protocols.
• Service Provider is not liable for pre-existing damage discovered during cleaning.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, including but not limited to:

• Colorado Revised Statutes Title 13 – Civil liability and contractual obligations.
• Colorado Consumer Protection Act (C.R.S. § 6-1-105) – Compliance with fair business practices.
• Colorado Employment & Workplace Safety Laws – Regulations on hazardous cleaning environments.

• Service Provider holds liability insurance covering accidental damages and workplace injuries.
• Client agrees to indemnify Service Provider for claims arising from hazardous conditions.

• Service Provider will not disclose Client’s private information or any details about Airbnb guests.

• This Agreement is effective from ___________ to the end date of _____________.
• Either party may terminate with 14 day written notice.
• Immediate termination applies for non-payment or contract violations.
